In a private, one-on-one studio setting, we begin by taking a deep dive into your body, health history, and personal goals.

I'll assess your movement patterns, identify any limitations, and design a personalized program tailored to where you are now and where you want to be.

After this initial assessment, I'll have a deep understanding of how your body moves - allowing me to teach you more effectively, whether you continue with private sessions or join a small group class.

Whether you want seriously strong abs, beautifully shaped buttocks, or simply to climb stairs pain-free, it all starts with joint mobility.

In this science-backed class, I'll guide you through a joint-focused workout designed to leave your body feeling free, strong, and revitalized.

With consistent practice, you'll build exceptional flexibility, strength, and body control. 

Class sizes are limited to just five participants, ensuring personalized guidance and attention.

 

Group Class Schedule: 

Monday - 7:00am, 9:30am and  12:00pm

Tuesday -7:00am, 9:30am and  12:00pm

Wednesday -7:00am, 9:30am and  12:00pm

Thursday -7:00am, 9:30am and  12:00pm

Friday -7:00am, 9:30am and  12:00pm

Saturday - 8:15am, 9:30am and 11:00am
